We can print using plastisol, waterbased, and discharge inks. We can also use a variety of specialty inks including, but not limited to: flake, puff, gel, and foil.
PLASTISOL INK
Plastisol is the most common ink used in screen printing. The ink rests on top of the fabric, and yields the most consistent results across multiple garments.
DISCHARGE / WATERBASED INK
If you want your print to feel soft to the touch, discharge / waterbased ink is the way to go. Using this method, the ink rests within the fabric of the garment. Discharge and waterbased inks respond to different garments in different ways.
SPECIALTY INKS
Specialty inks are a great way to make your design stand out on a garment. A variety of options are available, including foil, reflective ink, gel ink, puff ink, glow in the dark ink and many more.
DTG PRINTING
DTG (Direct to Garment) printing is a process in which a design is digitally printed onto a garment using technology similar to inkjet printing. Unlike screen printing, DTG is great for small runs. Utilizing DTG is especially beneficial when printing designs with a large amount of colors, or a design with extensive detail.
