Cold Cuts, LLC is your one stop shop for screen printing, embroidery, promotional and advertising goods. Providing excellent products since our start in 2010, Cold Cuts quickly grew into a high output, fully vertical production environment. Located right outside Philadelphia in Hatfield PA, we are a centralized location for quick shipping all over the eastern seaboard and beyond. We have built an enormous client base domestically as well as internationally, and strive to produce the best products around. Attention to detail is key, and we excel at providing a quick and painless ordering process. Our highly focused staff can help you with any needs from choosing a blank to creating a design.
OUR PROCESS
If you have an idea for a product but don't have artwork, our design team can work with you to create a great design that will stand the test of time. If you are supplying artwork, please see our Artwork Requirements guide.
Once you are settled on a design, our art department will proof your file and help you choose a blank from our catalog of high quality, trusted brands. We will also guide you through the process of placing and sizing the design.
After we receive your proof approval, production will begin! We offer a wide array of services including screen printing, embroidery, wide format, laser engraving and much more.
We ship quickly both domestically and internationally and have an educated, reliable and kind customer service department to make sure any issues are handled appropriately and quickly.
Tackle twill
Tackle twill is the process in which a design is cut into pieces of one material and applied to the surface of another material- usually with a nylon twill. The layers of twill are then embroidered onto a garment producing a beautiful and professional finished product.
